Provably fair, checked in your browser
Before betting opens we publish a fingerprint of a secret seed and of the full card list. When betting locks we record the Solana slot. The draw mixes our seed with the hash of the first Solana block after that slot, which nobody could know in advance. After the round we reveal the seed and this page redoes the math.

How it's computed: h = HMAC-SHA256(key = seed, message = "roundId:blockhash"), roll = (first 8 bytes of h as a number mod 100,000,000) + 1 picks the tier by the published odds, and the next 8 bytes mod the number of cards in that tier pick the card.
